Heres a bit of dialog that went on between ~kamijo and myself to explain this. Kamijo: Why would you draw this? Me: I dunno. I was really just bored and wanted to do something random. A little known fact is that during the 1930s, Louis had his own cartoon called Steam Boat Louie. It was a total flop. If you can, imagine him in a constant awkward momentum.
